Julie Wilson-Watson, CRM President, is a veteran of the broadcast marketing industry with 24 years experience.

Beginning her career at Y-100 FM in Miami, Julie began at the bottom working her way to eventually creating Clear Results Marketing for Clear Channel Communications in 1997.  In 2003, CRM had outgrown the confines of Clear Channel, no longer fitting their company model and was spun off to Julie's ownership.

Her background as a broadcast marketing insider enables her to strategize with national brands on how to utilize their media and integrate it fully with retail objectives.

Julie resides on the Board of Directors for Here's Help, Inc, a 501c charity in Miami and devotes her marketing and promotional expertise to fund raise for this worthy cause.

Julie lives in beautiful South Florida with her husband Mark, a recording executive, and her two wonderful boys. They enjoy boating, beaching, and South Florida living.

Vanessa’s role with the group is to coordinate client programs and accounts. Included in her responsibilities are media schedule negotiations, overseeing creative materials, writing copy, coordinating retail events and executing all other aspects of marketing programs.

A resident of Coral Gables, FL, Vanessa is an alumna of the University of Florida. When not at work, she enjoys traveling, listening to music, running outdoors and watching Gator football games.
